A flagship new build extra care home in Stockton for Endeavour Housing Association.

Our works for Kendall Cross at this extra care home involved a wide package of metalwork including railings, gates, walk-on balconies & internal balustrade.

As part of our service, our design team were required to adapt architectural concept sketches into workable and safe designs for profiled steel feature panels. This involved thorough checks to ensure features fully complied with balustrade design requirements and did not pose any head entrapment dangers.
